Clenbuterol should follow a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off pattern or the pyramid method to avoid receptor desensitization.

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT)

Support & Monitoring

• Liver protection: NAC (600 mg/day) or TUDCA (250 mg/day) — required with Winstrol
• Electrolytes: potassium and taurine while running Clenbuterol
• Cardio: 5–6 days per week — fasted morning cardio plus HIIT
• Diet: high protein (2.5 g/kg), moderate carbs, low fat, steady calorie deficit
• Hydration: 4–5 L of water daily to avoid dehydration and cramping

Warnings

• Do not stack additional stimulants with Clenbuterol
• Winstrol can dry out joints — supplement collagen or fish oil
• Do not run Proviron longer than 8 weeks (lipid impact)
• Regular bloodwork: liver enzymes, lipids, E2 and fasting glucose
